Company Secretary software, built for Indian practice

Niyora is an AI workspace for Company Secretaries in practice in India. It answers questions grounded in Indian corporate law with the sections cited, drafts the documents a practice produces every week, tracks each client’s statutory deadlines, maintains the registers under the Companies Act 2013, prepares MCA filings, bills the work, and gives every client somewhere to respond.

It is built for one jurisdiction on purpose - the Companies Act 2013 and its Rules, LLP law, SEBI LODR, FEMA, GST and the Secretarial Standards - rather than a general legal assistant pointed at India.

What CS software should actually do

Answer questions about the law, with the section

A CS answers statutory questions all day. Software that helps has to cite what it relied on, and say so when it cannot - an answer that reads confidently and cites nothing is worse than no answer.

Produce the documents, not just store them

Resolutions, minutes under SS-1 and SS-2, notices, the Board’s Report, engagement letters. Drafting is most of the week, and a document that cannot then be reviewed, versioned, signed and exported on the firm’s letterhead is only half done.

Know what every client owes, and when

Deadlines differ by entity type and by what the company actually does. A single master list applied to every client is noise, and noise is what makes a compliance calendar stop being read.

Keep the statutory records

The registers under the Companies Act 2013, in their prescribed form, with a version history and an audit trail - and a way to tell when a register has drifted from the rest of the record.

Run the practice as a business

Time against clients and engagements, retainers, GST invoices, TDS deducted by the client, receivables and what a matter actually cost against what it was quoted at.

Give the client somewhere to respond

Most clients will not log into a portal. The ones who will should have one; the ones who will not should be able to reply to an ordinary email and have it land in the right place.

Questions firms ask

What is company secretary software?+

Software that runs a Company Secretary’s practice: researching the law, drafting governance documents, tracking statutory deadlines per client, maintaining the registers required under the Companies Act 2013, filing with MCA, and billing the work. In India it also has to understand the MCA V3 portal, the Secretarial Standards and the Indian financial year.

How is Niyora different from practice-management tools that add AI form-filling?+

Most tools in this category use AI to parse documents and prefill forms. Niyora does that too, but its core is reasoning: it answers questions about the law with the sections cited, and answers questions about your own client portfolio by querying your firm’s records read-only. Those are different capabilities, and the second one does not exist elsewhere in this market.

Do we have to give Niyora our MCA portal password?+

No, and deliberately so. Niyora never stores MCA credentials and never logs in on your behalf. The optional Chrome extension works inside the session you are already signed in to, and you affix the DSC and submit yourself.

Is it suitable for a solo practitioner?+

Yes. The entry plan is built for an individual practitioner, at ₹1,499 a month, and scales up as the practice does.

What happens to our data if we leave?+

Files mirror into your own Google Drive or OneDrive as you work, so you always hold a copy Niyora does not control. Ask us to delete your firm and every record of it is removed.
