Every field an MCA form needs, resolved from data you already hold
Before you open an MCA V3 form, Niyora resolves each field the form declares against the company’s own record - identity, registered office, directors, capital, the event’s own inputs - and shows what is ready and what is still missing, with the gaps capturable in place.
- Field-by-field readiness, grouped the way the form groups it
- Per-field copy, and copy the whole sheet as plain text
- What is missing is called out and can be captured without leaving the page
- A value we do not hold is never shown blank - it reads as missing, or as an expected blank such as a DIN still to be allotted
- Optional Chrome extension fills the live form by AI-mapping your data onto the fields actually on screen
The sheet is the deliverable
Auto-fill is a dial, and it currently ships off while the extension is stabilised. That is not a missing feature: the pre-flight has always resolved every declared field, and with auto-fill off that resolved list is exactly what a CS fills the form from - grouped as the form groups it, with a copy button on every field. Retyping a CIN, a DIN or a twelve-digit capital figure is precisely where a filing goes wrong.
AI-mapped, so it survives form changes
When the extension is enabled it reads the fields actually rendered on the MCA page and maps your client data onto them with AI, rather than hard-coding a field list per form. That is what lets it adapt when MCA changes a V3 form. You review everything, affix the DSC and submit yourself.
We never hold your MCA password
The extension fills and reads inside your own authenticated MCA session. Niyora does not store MCA portal credentials and does not log in on your behalf - a deliberate difference from tools that scrape the portal using stored passwords.
What this does not do
- Auto-fill is off by default while the extension is stabilised. The manual filing sheet is shown in its place and nothing is blocked.
- Around 46 MCA forms have no seeded field manifest yet; those steps open a plain portal link rather than a readiness sheet.
- Niyora does not submit a form for you. You review, affix the DSC and file.
Questions firms ask
Does Niyora store our MCA login?+
No. The extension works inside the session you are already signed in to. Niyora never stores MCA portal credentials and never logs in on your behalf.
What happens when MCA changes a form?+
The extension reads the fields on the live page and maps data onto what it finds, so a changed form does not need a code release the way a hard-coded field map would.
Is auto-fill available today?+
It sits behind a switch that currently ships off while the extension is stabilised. The field-by-field filing sheet, which is most of the value, is always available.
