Niyora vs CoSecAI

CoSecAI is an India-based tool for Company Secretaries, launched in 2024. It and Niyora overlap on document templates and registers, and differ most on how much of the work is reasoning rather than retrieval.

We wrote this, and we sell one of the two products. Everything in the Niyora column is something we ship and will demonstrate. The CoSecAI column was read from public sources on 15 September 2026 (Read from CoSecAI’s public website and its published category guide.) Where we could not confirm something we say so rather than writing “no” - a product may do it and simply not market it. Software changes; check their current site, and if we have something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Where CoSecAI may suit you better

If what you want is a library of ready resolutions and a lighter tool to keep on top of tasks, CoSecAI publishes exactly that and offers a free trial, which is a reasonable place to start and cheaper than committing to a platform.
